Centralpoint integrates directly with Tableau, allowing personalization through our Global Login tools (SAML, Active Directory, oAuth, OpenID) to serve rich Tableau reporting to each user uniquely. This means one tableau report against all users, wherein the data filtered (through the tableau chart) considers the user's security roles. It also allows you to relate your tableau charts, reports and graphs to other records, via crosswalks. Tagging your Tableau charts to certain Audiences, Roles, and Taxonomy (Metadata), will allow these charts to serve to specific users, within specific sites, and even relate themselves to your other, disparate content and information.

This means you only need worry about the templates, and tagging your content appropriately (for certain agents in either California or Utah). 

Centralpoint File Output module is found under the Data Transform category of your Client Console. This module allows you to manage multiple templates, and their corresponding download link (or button) which you can provide to your users. This module is especially helpful when displaying images, videos and other information which users may want to peruse. The lightbox allows for users to view the information in a gallery, which gives them more real estate to view the files (images, videos).
